image-transport-tools software package provides Robot OS image_transport package tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install image-transport-tools
image-transport-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the image-transport-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep image-transport-tools *
You will get with image-transport-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
